10:50 P.M. to their honeymoon. Then I ask one of the officers for the person that was left in charge and he answer that it was the bride's mother. Everything had run smoothly until the DJ stopped playing at 12:00 and guests started leaving. but El Flamingo Club never told anyone they had to leave or order to stop the music at anytime. As soon as the music stopped with in 10 minutes or later the hall was empty, with the exception of maybe 6 people that were still there. The cleaning service that had started cleaning after dinner continue cleaning as they have been doing it  all night. Our cleaning service goes from after dinner, during and after is over, in every party. I had never had any problems before with cleaning during the party. I have contracts with 100 % satisfied clients to prove that I always work with clients and never I have been rude. I am flexible with them and I work with them at all times for their event. On September 10, 2014 I got a phone call from one client expecting a compensation on her event September 6, 2014, and I answer that "I don't know, I know nothing" because I really did not Know why she wanted a $500 Dollar deposit back. I had to check my calendar for that specific event and find out if there had been a problem. I had to talk to the officers in charge of that event and had to read a report if there was one. This client toll me she was going to process this matter with a law suit, I had never expected to go thru this process.I am sorry to hear that she is not happy with my service. El Flamingo Club has a Non-refundable deposit statement that she signed with her contract.
