Good morning,To sum up the situation, Mr*** had requested these plants last fall, after we had ended shipping. The plants Mr*** had requested died over the winter due to excessively cold, dry weather, and we were unable to fulfill any orders for the pines or maples, not just Mr
***'s request. We did not fulfill other orders for the pines as Mr*** inferred, but I apologize for any misunderstanding or miscommunication. Our proposed resolution would be to contact the alternative nursery suggested. We must respectfully decline Mr***'s request to send the plants free of charge, as there was no initial monetary commitment that would necessitate such an action

I respectfully submit the business is not being truthful and is using weather as an excuse for a product dying. In the nursery business, you don't have about of an item known to be hardy in December and every single plant dies in three to four months! There is no way this business could operate if they purchase large quantities of seedlings and lose them all each year. The nursery can't winter over any items or all of the items I wanted just died??? I also checked with the National Weather Service in Indiana and they generally stated last winter was very mild in the state so the business is not being honest and forthright! The business more likely than not sold the items being held for me because they seem to just operate off the cuff and haphazardly and then they can't keep and record commitments they make. I've done business with many native plant nurseries and this is without a doubt the worst. In the communications I shared note how the business is vague about one item availability and clearly states all of the other item died. Why couldn't the business simply state both all died? The business made me lose out on the opportunity to obtain the items elsewhere! The business also has another complaint against it that mentions many of the sames things I experienced. It is in the best interest of the buying public that they be aware of this very unprofessional and unethical selling practices. Find another native plant nursery as this one will only disappoint
