I am rejecting this response because: I never got my money back from the monthly payments I paid for the carI am now unable to finance a car due to this matter effecting my credit tremendously for something that was not in my control or my faultThis matter has effected me all around in my daily lifestyle and has taken a financial toll on me due to not being able to buy a new car because this dealership and their deceiving waysI would like the payments of $that I paid for months returned to me as soon as possible

I bought a Chevy Malibu from this consumer July and just recently found out that it has been more then days and the "owner" *** sold me the car without smogging it an registering the carHe told me to lie to the finance company when he sold me the car promising to fix everything is wrong with it after I took it back to him times within my day warranty for the same issueNow the cars transmission has failed and the car STILL has everything wrong with it he never fixedI have a car that was never smogged and registered

Horrible place to purchase a car fromThey will take advantage of youEspecially if you don't have good creditThey will sell you a car that will malfunction and then do nothing to fix itThey are not good at all for businessDo not make the mistake that I made please take this advice before you have to regret itI'm trying to honestly help anyone that I possibly canI would never want anyone to endure the type of pain and heartache that I've had to endureThe amount of hours I've lost due to not being able to get to work because of the car not being in working conditionGo some where elseadvertising as well they say $down but that's a complete lie, they are a fraud companyDon't spend your hard earned money here
