El GTO Tires

Went to simply have tires put on new rims and then put in my car the lugnuts were to big for the new rims so he proceeded to go ahead and tighten them anyways then after all of them are tightened he says they too big not gunna work I asked will it be ok to drive home he said yes just install new lugnuts so I drove my car home parked it and got a ride to get new lug nuts I then attempted to put on the new lugs nuts and discovered that the lugnuts were wedged into the rims by extreme force I was able to remove the lugnuts and studs snapped and all of my rims were now useless even the studs that were the correct size were tightened down too hard and actually broke a piece of the rim I return to explain what has happened and he claims that it was my fault because I didnt know what lugnuts were the right size for my rims
