From my understanding El Jardin Water Supply has recently gone under new management. If this is true, the company/board members made a bad decision. Word of advice Mr. New GM, when your customers face an uneasy situation, such as, a disconnection without notice, it is NOT good practice to speak to them in a condescending manner; have a little empathy for goodness sake! Lately, they have interrupted a daily necessity for my family (water) over a whopping $10, in which, led to a 2nd interruption right at a month later with NO bill ever received! What happened to courtesy calls to give a fair opportunity to pay any outstanding balances that may be due? Oh wait, the company likes to charge an excessive fee for a re-connection! Now, I would like to touch base on that fact that this particular water company does not offer a convenient, realistic method to pay bills. As a mother of two working an out-of-town, full-time 10-hour workday job it would be beneficial for auto-pay to be an option just like every other utility company out there in today's world offers. My rant, most likely, won't strike interest by a narrow-minded company, nevertheless, I can sleep at night knowing I provided helpful information to those who are seeking.
