Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:They never told me it would take that longThey actually told me it was good that I brought it in early in spring season.They were suppose to just re-program my learner key for about bucks to fast key.I do my own simple maintenance, and winterization , I never told them to do any additional work, except for battery replacement.Also I lie, They wouldn't answer my call on status until I made complaint.I never authorized any additional work.I brought it in to fix rattle in pump, and it took two months for repair.The first two weeks my ski was in there shop I was able to communicate on phone, and they kept telling me it was to cold to work.My neighbor across the street from me had the same problem [redacted] My neighbor at [redacted] had asked me where my wave runner was as she did not see it.I told her I brought it to Surf City marine for pump repair.QuoteShe said good luck with that ! As she had big problems with her work orderdoling replacement parts she did not authorize,Its my daughters ski, and I just wanted her to get it back as we were losing prime season for using it.I bought this ski at Surf City marina, and it has less then hours on it.They say they saw evidence of over heatingI do not believeThey should not of repalced zinc either as I know they were good Regards, [redacted]

The customer was informed at time of dropping the unit off, that we where 2-weeks packed up for serviceThe customers repairs where actually completed the same day the compliant was filed and he picked up the unit the following day. We are a seasonal marina and experience inclement weather
