El Monstruo 3 Flat Fix

Review: I purchased a rim with a sensor and the sensor was broken. I returned to the site and informed the employee there who was pointed out to be as the owner. I informed him and he gave me a $25 credit and wrote the credit for the product on the original receipt of purchase. I asked if I could use this for anything and he said yes, whenever I come. I got a flat tire tonight and went to get it repaired. I presented the receipt with the written credit on it and the night time [redacted] said that the credit wasn't given during her shift and refused to honor it and told me to return in the day time when it can be used and stated that I have to use the credit for the same service and I told her no, it is a credit because what you sold me was broken. I told her what the man told me and reminded her that I have no control when I get a flat so I can't guarantee that it will happen in the morning and reminded her that this is a 24 hour operated business and asked her to call the man and she stated that she doesn't have his number. I then said to call the police and she said go ahead; I grabbed the office phone and dialed 911 and as I attempted to speak she rushed toward me and grabbed the phone from me, striking me on my face and telling me to use my own phone. Before I can react another employee (stated his name is [redacted]) intervened by getting in-between us and then I witnessed my husband come out the car and I rushed toward him because I didn't want the issue to escalate further and said I would call the police. I went outside the office and called 911, as I was waiting for the tire to get repaired she walked out and I felt uncomfortable, so I called 911 and asked for a time frame and they were unable to give me a response time frame and stated that the police was dispatched. I then saw the employee who was fixing my tire sit down and I asked him why he isn't putting the tire back on my car and he said he was instructed not to. I then went to the office and asked the lady [redacted] to ask the employee to put the tire on the car and further stated that I wasn't going no where that I was the one who called 911. She then leaped from behind her desk and went toward me while yelling and threatening me making statements that I don't know who she is, that the devil is coming out of her and I said you don't know me neither, the same male employee that intervened before had to hold her back because she became irate as if to hit me, my husband then yelled at her and told her that she better not hit his wife (meaning me) or he will hit her. I told my husband to calm down and called 911 again and informed them of the latest incident and asked if they can please come because things are getting out of control unnecessarily. 911 arrived shortly after and asked me what happened and the police officer explained to me that they are not authorized to get involved and suggested I pay the $10 cost for the tire repair and I did and for me to return in the morning and ask for my money back if the credit won't be honored or to contact the Revdex.com and this is the nature of my complaint. I overheard [redacted] say to the police that the business is equipped with cameras, hence the above mentioned actions can be seen.Desired Settlement: I want her to be reprimanded for her unprofessionalism and for it to be noted and for her to apologize to me would be nice as well because as a business employee, especially a [redacted], you need to know how to carry yourself and have customer service skills. You are not to threaten your customers, you are running a business not the streets and that was a very uncomfortable situation and unnecessary. Also better policy is regards to credit should be done because it wasn't fare to me that I am doing business with them and when I want to utilize my credit it isn't accepted when I was told it would be.

Review: I brought two tires to them to have mounted and balanced. Upon taking off the old tires and putting on the new ones the worker scraped up my wheels. I just had the wheels redone a few months ago and they looked like new. I paid $500.00 to have all four wheels done when I was working in Indiana. When I informed them that they damaged my wheels they agreed to repair them. They sent me to another Monstruo shop on [redacted]. in the Bronx. When I got there I had to get the lady that worked there to call Monstruo 3 to confirm that they were to fix my wheels for free. They spoke to each entirely in Spanish and when she was finished she told me that they only damaged one wheel. I asked her to call back and let me speak to someone. The guy that worked on my wheels got on the phone and cursed me out in Spanish. I just had to go back there after they took my wheel to be fixed and curse the so-called mechanic out. Today I have to go and get my repaired wheel put back on my car. I'll be amazed if the paint on the wheel matches the color of the other three wheels.Desired Settlement: This was the second time that I went to these people. The first time, they did the same thing but they told me it was because the paint on the wheels were already scraped (which they were) and that that was why they were made even worse. I accepted that answer then but that wasn't the case this time. I would like them to fix my other wheel and, at least, have that worker reprimanded for being disrespectful to a customer.
