This is the worst experience I have ever had with any businessThis storage facility took my rent and locked me out of my unit within weeks of first renting it without a phone call or other noticeThis was only due to an address discrepencySince I depend on access to my unit for my business, this is extremely detrimentalWhen I complained about the extreme inconvenience and stated that I needed to have assured access to my unit, I was reassured that it would not happen again and paid two months rent in advanceThat same day, immediately after paying rent, I went to the unit and was again locked outWhen I called to find out why, I was treated with complete lack of respect and actually accused of lyingApparently there is some kind of clause about solely loading and unloading your things and not organizing or searching for things in your unitImmediately after an extremely disconcerting conversation with the employee, I was allowed in and rushed to unload my van load with the unexpected assistance of a stranger, which made the process even fasterNow, I am outraged to say that because I "tooktoo long" in that instance, I have recieved a certified letter terminating my contract, & am completely locked out of my unitI have to schedule an appointment with the manager to move out in one load (impossible with a van) & am being charged for this time that I cannot even access my goods, for which I am losing money dailyThe cheap price of this unit is not worth the risk that you run of lost time, money, access to your possessions, and extreme disrespect from the staff and the resulting stress
