Completely report I would love for you to talk to our claims adjuster ( [redacted] ) and she can provide all details of what we have tried to do for this customer When we finally were able to schedule the in-home inspection (2nd company we had to hire because Mrs [redacted] claimed no one was contacting her), they told Mrs [redacted] that the furniture would need to be taken to their shop for repair and she declined We have now offered her two options: repair items in shop OR write her a check for the cost of the repairs and furniture stays in her home the way it is
