Review: El Paso Cafe in Arlington Va refused to honor [redacted] $25 Gift Certificate that was redeemanble only at the El Paso Cafe. I paid for the certificate. The Certificate states "This Restaurant Gift Certificate does not expire." Owner/manager war very unresponsive and difficult. Total bill was $97.06.Desired Settlement: I want the certificate honored and others like me to have their certificates honored
