Thursday, Sep 22, 2016, I called [redacted] Customer Service to resolve an issue with an online order with [redacted] Upon getting their Customer Service #, I was given an opportunity to receive a $Gift Card and if I wanted to take advantage of this offer to press "1" I was under the impression this offer was coming from [redacted] and when I got to the service representative to complete the transaction for the $Gift card, I found it odd they did not have any of my information - since I was calling regarding an existing transaction But no, the sales rep assured me he just needed to confirm all my information so I could qualify for the gift card Lo! and Behold! Now, I'd need to pay a one-time $processing fee for shipping and handling Everything seemed weird, but I still had no idea I was talking to a third partyNever once did the representative tell me they were representing anyone except [redacted] , so I went ahead with credit card information for the gift card NOW AFTER ALL THAT, I'm told that I am now enrolled in a SPECIAL BUYING service called Valu-Pass with a free trial of days, after which my credit card would be charged $per month UNLESS CANCELED I PROTESTED! I said I wanted to be removed/ abort/ cancel the entire transaction but the salesman would not relent - even accusing me of being the one who initiated this transaction and that I could not get a confirmation # or a phone # to cancel the service UNTIL I completed the confirmation process??? I hung up on the salesman, a certain "Jack W***" at extension [redacted] He then called me back insisting that I must complete the transaction to get out of the plan To say that he and his manager, who came on the line, were "high pressure" and "relentless and not to be denied" is an understatement They said they were recording our conversation to which I said "Good, then you will be able to review this conversation and see that I am being forced, under duress, to complete this transaction - all because I wanted some information on who I was dealing with and how to get out of the BAIT and SWITCH! I have canceled the program ONLINE this morningI have complained to [redacted] for the misleading offer on THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE # This entire situation was so unexpected coming to me the way it did - through [redacted]

Wow! I have read the reviews! And I am here to say that I have had the total opposite experienceI have worked closely with Patricia, Jasmine, and one other very pleasant
person whom I cannot remember her name (so Sorry for that)They have all been spot on with their helpWe were in Costa Rica and on a whim we decided to go to Panama
We called them last minute and said we wanted a place to stay the next dayIt happened and was exactly what we had ask for
That's just one of the many compliments I have for these people

I WAS interested in working with GTI; I was speaking with ***, a representative from GTI I asked (via email) for references (names/contact) of current agents, he declined becasue "We do not give out contact info for our members due to privacy laws" I accepted his answer; I then asked(via email) for 3-members to contact me either via telephone or email to contact me Once again he declined " we do not petition our members to call prospects and take time out of their lives to do so and for the fact that we do not release their personal information to prospected clients so they can contact them
I, do believe our years in the industry speaks volumes for us as a company in conjunction with our A plus Revdex.com rating over the past years."
I find it disturbing and alarming - what are they hiding I ask?
After reading several complains on your site, I wanted to ask if my questions were out of line?
Thank you in advance for your reply

Thursday, Sep 22, 2016, I called [redacted] Customer Service to resolve an issue with an online order with [redacted]. Upon getting their Customer Service #, I was given an opportunity to receive a $100 Gift Card and if I wanted to take advantage of this offer to press "1".

I was under the impression this offer was coming from [redacted] and when I got to the service representative to complete the transaction for the $100 Gift card, I found it odd they did not have any of my information - since I was calling regarding an existing transaction. But no, the sales rep assured me he just needed to confirm all my information so I could qualify for the gift card.

Lo! and Behold! Now, I'd need to pay a one-time $4.95 processing fee for shipping and handling. Everything seemed weird, but I still had no idea I was talking to a third party. Never once did the representative tell me they were representing anyone except [redacted], so I went ahead with credit card information for the gift card.

NOW AFTER ALL THAT, I'm told that I am now enrolled in a SPECIAL BUYING service called Valu-Pass with a free trial of 14 days, after which my credit card would be charged $24.95 per month UNLESS CANCELED.

I PROTESTED! I said I wanted to be removed/ abort/ cancel the entire transaction but the salesman would not relent - even accusing me of being the one who initiated this transaction and that I could not get a confirmation # or a phone # to cancel the service UNTIL I completed the confirmation process???

I hung up on the salesman, a certain "Jack W[redacted]" at extension[redacted] He then called me back insisting that I must complete the transaction to get out of the plan. To say that he and his manager, who came on the line, were "high pressure" and "relentless and not to be denied" is an understatement. They said they were recording our conversation to which I said "Good, then you will be able to review this conversation and see that I am being forced, under duress, to complete this transaction - all because I wanted some information on who I was dealing with and how to get out of the BAIT and SWITCH!

I have canceled the program ONLINE this morning. I have complained to [redacted] for the misleading offer on THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE #. This entire situation was so unexpected coming to me the way it did - through [redacted].

I wanted to share with you my bad experience GTI for a stay of 3 nights in Chicago during 4th Sept to 7th Sept.

While booking I was told that the room booked will be suite with kitchen , free breakfast and parking.
On arrival at chicago at 11:00 pm, we found that it was a regular 2BHK with non amenties as mentioned above. My senior parents had occupied me to Chicago and since they dont eat outside food, it became a trip to forget for me.
We fought for about an hour with the hotel manager but later had to pay 100$ for converting the room into suite. More over the breakfast and parking also wasnt complimentary.

I am very dissatisfied with the experience with GTI and hope they make it right.
