We urge potential customers to read our review and do their research on this businessWe hired them to do landscape and irrigation work, which we later found out they needed to be bonded and licensed for (they are not)They were dishonest with us from beginning to end, and took advantage of the fact that we are not experts nor knowledgeable about these thingsWhen we attempted to work something out with them to correct their mistakes, they did NOT return or answer our callsAfter calling them several times, we sent them a letter, and still no response We filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and the business did not offer a satisfactory solution; we provided them with plenty of opportunities to fix the problemWe have proof of that on saved text messages and recorded phone calls/phone recordsWe've been extremely inconvenienced by this whole situation; we should have NEVER hired them! We paid them over $9,for poorly done, illegal workDue to their refusal to take accountability for their faults, it was necessary to sue themOn July 13, Judge Enedina Nina Serna of JP 6-ruled in our favor and ordered that they pay usThey didn't appeal because they know they can't defend their wrong doingsThey have not paid us, but we hope they finally do what's right and do what they were ordered toThey have yet another chance to fix this; morally, ethically and now court mandatedWhy is it so difficult for them to just do the right thing?
