We hired El Paso's Elite Cabinet Refacing (EPECR) to reface our kitchen cabinets Mr [redacted] , the owner, gave us his sales pitch, took measurements of all the cabinets, took our down payment of $1,000, lied week after week about starting the job, and then simply disappeared He indicated that the job would be started in to weeks We gave him almost months to get the work done but he never started the work Mr [redacted] simply took our down payment and now refuses to give it back! EPECR was hired in December for a complete bathroom remodelAt this time a 50% down payment, ~ $3,500.00, was due for work that would not begin until March/April The money provided was to pay for tile, faucets, cabinets, vanity counter-top and other materialsInitially, it was stated by EPECR that the work would take approximately two weeks to completeWithin the first week of work, half of the bathroom was demolished including the tub; we desired a washowerSeveral conflicts arose, such as incorrect tile and an incorrect shower head/handleAfter hesitation by EPECR, these were corrected, but delayed their work by a weekWhen EPECR returned, they began to layout the tile for the shower stallThis was not satisfactory work, the tile was laid out crooked and a cracked tile was laid downIt was not uniformWhen confronting EP
