El Paso Roofing (Del Sol Roofing & Construction) XXX XXX-XXXX, *** ***, was one of bids I received to remove the tile roofing at my house and replace with singles due to several leaks I selected El Paso Roofing because MR *** made a favorable impression on his initial visit and the fact his bid was lowest of the four and the fact he offer a year warranty on his work which was far better then the other bidders provided and a Life Time Warranty (Corning Owens) on the singles that could be transferred to a new Owner if I sold the HouseBoth warranties were in writing and completed by MR *** upon completion of the workHe provided a start and completion date for the job His crew arrived on schedule and the job was completed in three days ahead of schedule MR *** was here every day to insure that the work was going as plannedMR*** brought paint and painted the facial boards because when the tiles were removed there was a different paint color under the tiles removed on the facial boards then the rest of the facial boards etcThis was a nice gesture on his part as it was not included in the contractDaily and final clean up was excellentExhaust covers were replace with new ones with rubber gasketsI would recommend the El Paso Roofing to other potential customers and grade him an A plus for this job
