This hotel deployed several questionable practices - 1) when making the reservation over a month ago, the nightly rate for the first night was $143, then it went up gradually, but not past $a night; 2) Charging credit cards well in advance of the stay; 3) Overcharging or price inflation due to a festival - I made a reservation as a business traveler to conduct some training at an automotive dealership in the Albuquerque area - these are hour days starting at 7am through 5-6pm, sometimes not getting lunch - I do this every week...When I made the reservation for this hotel, the advertised price was $the first night with a AAA discount, then it increased to $150, $159, etc, so I was expecting a bill in the neighborhood of $600+....Nothing unusual as I made the reservation....Then, my credit card was charged on Oct 4th (Wed) last week for $before I even arrived at the hotel (on Monday the 9th) - this is very unusual and just not right - in all my years of travel, I have nev
