Henderson Construction rented two Roll Off dumpsters from us (Curbside Roll Off)They signed and agreed to our restrictions which identifies any late fees or over tonnage that can occur if you go over your rental period or the included max tonnageHowever, once their job was completed and they charged their customers for their services, they never called the dumpster in for a pickupTheir customer did and he was unaware of the late fees Henderson construction was accruing on these rentalsWe have been working with the customer for a few months now trying to get the bill paid and the dumpster removedWe have called him on numerous occasions and left messages but there was never a responseWe were finally able to settle the bill with the customer, even though Henderson Construction was supposed to be the one handling this whole rental for their customerWe got their dumpster on the schedule to be removed and when we arrived to do so, the dumpster was significantly over filled and our driver could not tarp the dumpster and remove itThe issue with this dumpster is still on going and the company that hired Henderson construction is still dealing with the dumpsterSince Henderson Construction failed to see their rental through, their customer now has to deal with leveling off the dumpster and trying to get it removed once again
