Complaint: *** I am rejecting this response because I was NOT informed that additional parts were needed and I did NOT state that I did not have the funds for the repairsMy vehicle was running fine until I took it in to have the fan clutch replaced due to a squeaking noiseFurthermore, I discovered that my battery had been replaced with an older battery while in their possessionI figured it out when all of my stations were wiped outThe technician commented that my pickup is "just like one that they are putting together"Someone from El Piston Dorado called me on 10/17/at 10:a.mand asked me if I had a problemThey knew I had a problem because I went back the next day and told them there was a problemMy battery had been replaced with a smaller battery and the bolts were differentThe technician said "oh this is your battery" and he threw it toward meI took my vehicle to another repair shop after I got it back from El Piston Dorado because two fuel pumps had to be replacedThey asked me if I had replaced my vehicle computer because it was burning up my fuel pumpsI had not replaced the computerSincerely, *** ***

The parts installed were provided by [redacted] (see attached) and nowarrantee was given on the parts provided by Mr. [redacted] as they were purchased used bya third party seller. El Piston Dorado advised Mr. [redacted] that additional parts and repairswere needed and Mr. [redacted] stated he did not have funds and did not wish to complete therepairs.
