In addition to the Revdex.com report, Mr. [redacted] also submitted his complaint through our guest feedback call center on Nov. 6th. In response, the franchisee sent Mr. [redacted] a gift card for $30 on Nov. 7th. The franchisee considers this to be a fair compensation as the original purchase was $28.47.Thank you.

The Area Leader will contact the guest very soon to provide a full refund.

Mr. [redacted] submitted his concerns through our website. Since he did not request a personal follow up, our automated guest feedback system sent Mr. [redacted] a coupon code good for $10 off his next purchase (on Oct. 23rd). On Oct. 27th he advised that no one responded to his concerns. The system then sent...

him the email he cites in this complaint which assumes the first email with the $10 coupon was not properly delivered. The Area Leader for the restaurant has been directed to personally contact Mr. [redacted] to discuss his concerns.Thank you.
