Mr [redacted] submitted his concerns through our websiteSince he did not request a personal follow up, our automated guest feedback system sent Mr [redacted] a coupon code good for $off his next purchase (on Oct23rd)On Oct27th he advised that no one responded to his concernsThe system then sent him the email he cites in this complaint which assumes the first email with the $coupon was not properly deliveredThe Area Leader for the restaurant has been directed to personally contact Mr [redacted] to discuss his concerns.Thank you

The Area Leader will contact the guest very soon to provide a full refund
