El Ranchito

Review: On May 22,2013,we were the only customers at ElRanchito Mexican Restaurant. The waiter was disrespectful,rude. The food was late,not hot. The waiter hollered out and hit me on back,for no apparent reason.He did not come back to ask if we needed anything. I had to holler out to someone to get refills on water,drinks,chips,ticket,etc. The waiter did not say thank you. As the owner was not there on this day,we called back the next day. The manager said we could probably get discount. We called owner next 2 days,as he was not there. He told us to come in to restaurant to give us service,and we thought this meant he was going to compensate his repeat customers of 15 years with a free meal. The owner said he did not know about the bad service incident,and was not going to compensate his customers. He said there were other owners involved. We were extremely disappointed in his reaction to the bad service to his loyal customers.Desired Settlement: A refund of $13.00, the cost of our meal. Thank you.
