Review: I was sold a floor sample in which I paid for everything NEW. no wonder the salesman [redacted] was addiment that I didn't change the mirror and insisted that the current mirror was the best look. I made my purchase with a credit approval from a company named [redacted] the manager told them that my items were delivered on april **,2015? how when everything had to be ordered I didn't receive my items until 4/**/2015. in which payments start 10 day after delivery.Desired Settlement: I want re embursement for sending me a floor sample. or complimentry on a center table that I want

Review: I ordered 1 twin bunk bed, 1 full mattress, and 2 twin mattress. All the above items were paid in full at time of purchase and were to be delivered 06/**/13. To date 06/**/13 the above items, with the exception of one twin mattress, have not been delivered. The said business attempted to deliver the bunk bed but did so in the wrong color, red not white. When I asked them to return the red bunk bed and deliver the ordered white bed they gave me a hard time saying the could not take back the red bed. When I called the business I was met with further resistance. Upon insisting the returned the bed and proceeded to say thy did not have a white bunk bed in stock and I would have to wait. When I asked for a time and date of delivery they were unable to provide one. When I asked for the other two mattresses to be delivered they said they would be delivered ASAP the day of but I yet to receive them.Desired Settlement: I want the above items to be delivered to me ASAP as well as a billing adjustment, including delivery fee, in compensation for not honoring the agreement and related stress and inconvenience.

At the time being, it is only a matter of waiting for the bunk bed that the customer desires to be received from supplier. Review: I purchased furniture in March of 2015 and now it's August of 2015 and I still haven't received my furniture. I was speaking to the manager Danny for months and no one would deliver my furniture to Brooklyn. He always gave excuses about his delivery workers not showing up or wanting to go to Brooklyn. I paid everything in cash upfront and because I signed the little garbage paper they have about no refunds, 5 months later they still won't give me my money back. I asked for the owners information they denied me. Danny blamed my furniture not being delivered because of me. Today is Monday August [redacted] and now I moved to the Bronx about 20 minutes from them a week or so ago and still they have cancelled twice again! I wish someone could help me please! I've given them chances to deliver my 5 items in two different boroughs now this is crazy I can't get my money back! The manager Danny said he spoke to the owners and they said I can only have the delivery fee back because it's my fault that I went on vacation. I've been on vacation twice in the last 5 months for less than a week each time and el Rey furniture still hasn't managed to deliver my stuff. Hmmm that makes absolutely no sense! Please help me!!!! At this point my furniture should come to me still with a refund fully!!! It's ridiculous and has been months!Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be a full refund along with my furniture and or just a full refund! Maybe a letter of apology from the owners on behalf of the terrible customer service!

Review: I have contacted the store regarding the wrong arm on the sofa, as soon as the delivery was made. They told me to contact the manager and that they would make arrangements to fix the issue. The manager never returned my calls which were about 5 times, and on the secretaries told me that he did not have time to attend to me that he is too busy. On the last call I told the one of the females that work there (not [redacted]) that I would make this complaint to Revdex.com, they said so what you can sue us if you want. I honor the store policy, and understand it's terms but they gave me something that is defective and have not replaced it at all or even had the courtesy to contact me regarding this issue. this was on Oct. **, 2013 and today is 11/**, 2013. It has been a month already and they have failed their part of the contract. At this point I want my money back. The sofas are covered and ready to be picked up. the phone number on your file for their store is wrong. The right number is ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: As a unhappy customer and they have failed me ,I think I deserve to get my money back so that I can make business with a store that does honor customers and their "best service guarantee" as they say.

Review: I purchased what I thought was a brand new mattress back in September of 2014. I had the new mattress delivered to my apartment the next day. The first night I slept on the bed it was fine, the second night I knew something was wrong with it. I contacted the store the next day and asked if there was error with my mattress because it didn't feel like the one I selected from the store, the [redacted] assured me everything was correct. A few weeks ago I start painting my room and have the mattress removed so I wouldn't mess it up. When moving it I saw a small rip in the mattress which caused me to look even further. What I found was beyond NASTY. El Rey Furniture Store sold and delivered me a REFURBISHED mattress. I really didn't have the time to take them to court so I agreed to sign a release stating I wouldn't take them to court as long as they replaced my mattress with a brand new one. Now that the new mattress is delivered and I'm having the hardest time getting the [redacted] to provide me with a new receipt, which I'll need for warranty coverage.

Making matters even worse the store delivered USED pillows. I signed for them thinking they were brand new to only discover that the [redacted] had used ones washed. I can still smell the flower scented detergent on them.Desired Settlement: A full refund on all purchased items and a visit from NYC Health Department.

Review: I purchased a bed from this store on 8/*/15. It was delivered; in 4 days the box spring broke. I saw that the label said refurnished second hand. I bought mattresses for my children and these were all second hand mattresses. I bought a memory foam mattress that I realize now retails for 200.00 in other stores and he sold for $1,100. The memory foam mattress was not the mattress that I saw in the show room. It is a cheaper version. I a now having severe back pain, my husband and I sleep on this mattress and sink to the middle. Very poor quality, he exchanged the box spring for another used box spring.Desired Settlement: I want the box spring and mattress exchanged for a real and quality mattress. This is unfair
