I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10830843, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
I accept this arrangement to be paid in three payment of $333.34 first payment to be on November 23, 2015 via debt card I will call and make payment over the phone.

I am rejecting this response because: that is not true I did contact Mr. E[redacted] and he said that he would send me a letter to a agreement and I did provide him my address and my phone # is the same and I am not lying. And I have a right to have my opinion on what...

they are charging me and yes I did ask him for the pink slip if I paid him what I thought I owed him and he said  no that I had to pay late fees I told him that I could not afford to pay the extra fees because I was on unemployment at that time and the money that I received was only enough to make ends meet. I have had a very hard time the last past 5 years but I am getting by. My mistake was telling Mr. E[redacted] about my personal problems and yes I did get my grandson but he is not my daughter son. And I did not move to bakersfield until 2012 so how could they say that they have not heard from me since 2011 when I still lived in Oxnard with the same phone number and at the same address when I purchased the car. I am willing to pay them the $700.00 that I told Mr. E[redacted] I would pay and in turn they will give me the pink slip. And yes I was late on my payment but I paid late fees and yes I did give them check that was returned but I paid them return fee and also at my bank. I am on disability at this time and unable to work  do to some medical problems. So my be they will agree on a price that I can pay to get the pink slip to the car. And the only reason why I came to the Revdex.com was Mr. E[redacted] would not agree with me on a reasonable price. He was also ways throwing in my face on how he helped me and a lot of people like me with bad credit and could not by a car any were else.  I am sorry if they are offended I just want a resolution to this problem.

Review: I purchased a car from El Rio Auto Sales, I paid the dealer my payment sometime late and paid the late fees. But I moved to Bakersfield due to family problems, left the car with some friends and they took it out of state so I received a call from the owner telling that he new that the car was out of state and he wanted me to pay off the car. Well to my calculation I only owed him $700.00 but he wanted me to pay a sum of $1600.00 but I think I paid him the amount for the car and some but that not the point, all I want him to do is redo his calculation and if I own him anything I will pay it but no added charges or bogus charges so I can get the pink slip so the car can be taken out of my name. He will not work with me that is why I am asking for your help. I feel that he takes advantage of people with bad credit or people that have no legal right to be in the states. that is why he feels he can do what he wants and collect what ever fees he wants.Desired Settlement: For owner to do the right thing and stop over charging fees on things that do not exist.Charge me the right amount owed if any and give me the pink slip to the car
