Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me with a clarification to the business' response I understand specials (whether they be daily, weekly, monthly, or etc.) my major complaint was that the majority of the times that I personally visited the business they charged me more than the stated menu priceWhen I persoanlly questioned the cashier it was more than once explained that the prices had increased but the menus had not been updatedI personally more than once was told that I had to pay the overcharge because it was for an item that was mentioned as included (whether stated on the menu or verbally from the server)I have been with large groups most of the time (10-people) and all of the group has witnessed these occurancesI understand the advertised card discount but it was verified by the server that it was acceptable therefore, it should have been accepted at the cash registerAs for the language barrier, it is obvious as a patron that their are many times the servers do not understand the customer's questions which causes the mishaps in the dishes deliveredAgain, I have had this happen to me personally many times as well as the people in my party I accept the apology and hope this brings these issues to the management team and they truly remedy these issues from future occurences I will visit the business to receive the refund and the issue will be resolvedIf they do not honor their proposal upon arrival I will follow up with the Revdex.com Regards, [redacted] ***

It is a Franklin County Eagles school card which vendors advertised discounts and the school sports teams sale the cards to raise moneyThe card expires on 7/31/and it reads "half off a combintaion dinner with the purchase of one." I had only wanted the restaurant to be looked in by proper authorities to correct their not honoring advertisements such as this but most importantly to make them charge the prices advertised on their menusCan you advise me of who I'd contact to make sure the restaurant is reviewed? Review: This Mexican restaurant hashad poor service for years and I don't go there too often because of this issue. It is common knowledge to almost all Franklin County citizens that the staff speak very little English and that the staff charges various prices without reason. I have been there on several occassions and order the exact same item and be charged something different every time. In discussing it with friends and coworkers I have learned this seems to be typical behavior from the restaurant. They have charged me incorrectly at least 10 times and when I ask they have stated reasons that they have new updated prices but didn't have new menus printed and that the dry erase board price is no longer valid. Last evening I attended a dinner there and two people in our party ordered the same item yet received different plates and when they questioned the servers they were told it was correct and they did not fix the issue. There is a local promotional card that I purchased for $20 to support our high school sports team (it's called an Eagle card) which states buy 1 combo get a 2nd half off. I could not use it with only 1 entree but I allowed my neighbor to use it since he had 2 entrees. The cashier would not take the card even though it is clearly printed on the laminate card and it is valid until 7/31/14. When I asked why he said it was because they had to be combination dinners and I told him that I had used it there approximately 1 month earlier and inquired before using it to make sure there were no exclusions and they allowed me to use it when my husband purchased a plate and I purchased a full size salad. Th cashier called me a "liar" and began rambling in Spanish. I was upset at being called a liar and had become upset because they did not honor their printed advertisement. I want to ask how is it that they can be allowed to operate when they charge prices other than their printed menu prices (you order and eat and when you go to check out you are charged whatever they choose to charge)?Desired Settlement: I'd like that whomever in control of making the business follow ethical rules be involved. How can it be legal to publish/advertise a price and then charge another price after the fact?
