didn't charge anything for parking, because I thought he was a friend as well as a customer. Then [redacted] appeared this year in February with money to but the engine, which I did. I but the engine here in Boston in the Massachusetts like all the parts I buy, and have a receipt. I put it in the [redacted] of which I gave him a guarantee of my work, but all thew same time. I indicated to him that there was a problem with the turbo in his car. He became uncomfortable and he indicated to me not to touch his car again. I was talking to him to replace the turbo without any charge to him. [redacted] told me he had a guarantee with another place , where I but the turbo. I comply with all licenses necessary and I paid all my taxes, in addition to working hard every day of my life to be a example for the community. I want to tell you that [redacted]  he does have a guarantee of the work that I do to his car, besides that he can have the freedom to come, if he is not satisfied with any work I have done I can solve it without any charge. Always the door of my workshop are open to service to all the community with seriousness and responsibility which I have always done.

 The owner of the business is not being honest. He specifically told me that he did not have receipts for the motor he placed in my vehicle due to purchasing it in another country, and he is responsible for the turbo not functioning. He broke the turbo when he removed the engine. The turbo was in tact and functional when the vehicle was brought to him. He at no point specified any fee for parking when the vehicle was there for service.  He does not run an honest business and definitely doesn't treat any of his customers with respect or integrity. He refused to cooperate and now that your office contacts him, he wants to pretend he provides the best customer service.  Please note that the engine he placed in my vehicle, which I paid over $4,000 for has been leaking from the moment I picked up the vehicle, is burning oil, fumes are coming through the vents and has a vibration when driven. I took it to a real professional mechanic and was able to confirm that the motor that El Rubio placed in my vehicle is over 200,000 miles and not in working condition. It was also confirmed that the turbo broke because when you exchange a motor in the [redacted] that I have, you need to ensure that you purchase an engine with the turbo (one piece). You don't purchase the engine alone. Huge mistake on his part. So what he honestly did was steal from me and ruin my vehicle. This is honestly why I don't agree with the response.
