January 1, 2020 reserved a room for May 23rd to May 24th for $208.08 Website Booking - ESGHPRXXXXXXXX with added 72 hour cancellation policy.
Emailed to cancel reservation on April 14, 2020.
Received response:
" We are sorry that you will not be staying with us on May 23, 2020 and checking out on May 24, 2020 for a stay of 1 night(s). Your reservation has been cancelled at your request. Your cancellation number is .

Continued correspondence on April 16, 2020 and was told refund would be issued in 30 days.
Emailed again on June 6, June 12, and July 7, 2020 with no response. Calls were not answered and there is not an option to leave a message.
For El San Geronimo Hotel to please issue a refund ($208.08) for the cancelled hotel reservation.
