In order to get the total picture of this review I must start with the job that was to be doneWe had a residential entrance way drywalled, mudded ,and tapedThe job was small as only or sheets of drywall were necessaryFirst we will talk about the employee, he was the most unprofessional person I have hiredThe job was done extremely poorly with holes left in the wall, areas not finished and spots so bad we needed to completely rethink how we were going to finishOn several occasions he would leave our home without telling anyone leaving the door completely ajar (which we have a dog that could have easily escaped)Secondly he did not bring all the tools necessary for the job asking if we could supply him with drywall tape, and [redacted] our drywall screws and using them without askingThe quality of the job was no better than we could have done ourselves with zero experienceHis communication with us was horrendous leaving without notice and not telling us if he was coming back, which in the end he did not with the job being very incompleteAfter this was complete the company gave us an invoice for the small job that was extremely expencive, even if the job was completed and done professionally which it was notNow onto customer service after the factWe contacted the company in order to voice our displeasure about the amount charged, quality of work and general decency of their employeeThis started out excellent as they were worried about their reputation, they told us to name a price that we thought was fair for the work completedWhich we did rounding to the higher amount as we come from a trades familyNext things went south with the customer service representative calling our issues "non-sense" and telling us we were trying to nickel and dimeOverall it is one of the worst if not the worst experiences I have had with a construction company and would not recommend their use in any way

Secondly he did not bring all the tools necessary for the job asking if we could supply him with drywall tape, and [redacted] our drywall screws and using them without asking.
