I just got off the phone with Kyle from Colonial Pest for service in Eliot, MEI discontinued my service and he made it clear he could care less We got service from them last year and the tech was friendly, but his social skills were out of whack and was way too forward and just weirdDidn't really have any confidence in what he was saying So this year, we haven't heard from them at allThey showed up today unannouncedWhen asked whey they didn't call the tech said that a flyer was sent outWHat kind or [redacted] company schedules in home appointments with a flyer that you can't say yes or no tooI asked Kyle about this and he said that there are too many customers to call everyoneWell Kyle you don't have to call everyone, just the people you are making appointments with The tech was speeding down our little road twice not minding the clearly marked speed limit signs He had no idea that mouse traps were set inside the house the year beforeHe had no idea what our issues were the year beforeHe was again, too forward with his comments and we had no confidence in his abilitiesOf course who would if they worked for a company that runs their business the way they do [redacted] poor customer service, questionable technicians that are unprepared at their job site, and no concern for customer retention Can't see them staying in business too long like this
