hi.I am owner of elsobrantne cleaners for years.we are one the best cleaners in contra costa county in quality,price,and service.when mrs *** brought her leather jacket I told her this jacket is going to take to weeks time(ofcource
depend on how dirty the jacket is),some times we have to clean it twiceand I told her when your jacket is ready I am going to call you.this what happened about and weeks only we wanted to do a good job for her.mrs *** call me on sunday the only day we are closed and I return her call immediately,she told me my raiders jacket is ready.if she only told me her last name or she has leather jacket or invoice # I would know who she is.she was repeating is her raiders jacket ready,after she told me her info I said your jacket takes one more week,she said she is going to come to cleaners.when she came she start shouting I want my jacket nowwwwwww.with loud voice.I did not tell her anything,I just call police because I don't think I could communicate with .and the reason we charge the customer for leather is we go ahead and clean the leather and customer does not pick the leather so we lose money.I don't want to degrade her but give us a break in this hot summer ,your leather jacket got ready in weeks instead of weeks,I think she has a lots of time on her hands.sincerely elsobrante cleaners
