The reason for my complaint is that I was lied to, was over charged, I had to wait with no response for days, and was informed of last minute changes either a few days till my wedding or the day offI do want the over-charges to be returned to me along with a copy of the contract that we had agreed onI had reserved the banquet hall five months prior to my wedding there [redacted] (one of the twin sister owners) was very accommodating at first, told my fiancé and I that we were able to take the frames down from the walls the day of (that they were going to remove them of course) the night before her unprofessional, terrible customer service skills sister [redacted] (other owner) refuses to agree, saying that they never bring them down, even after I told her that [redacted] had told us it was fineWhat am I supposed to do a few hours before my weddingIt only [redacted] anger and frustration, something I did not needThose frames are disgustingly ugly, they do not go with a wedding themeThere w
