please be advised that the above named business with regards to my filed complaint totally ignored/disregarded my complaint as filed. In their response they are talking about the new radiator I purchased through them which is not my complaint. My complaint is specifically about when they came to tow my car for repair of my radiator, they broke off one of my tail pipes from my dual exhaulst that I was forced to pay $280.00 to have replaced as a result of their neglegence with towing my vehicle from my home to their shop. It's clear they are trying to mislead this office by discussing matters which was not any part of my filed complaint. My complaint is solely based on them breaking off one of my dual exxhaulst pipes when they removed my vehicle from their tow truck into their shop which I was forced to replace due to their negligence. Business was willing to replace the pipe for the consumer. As the repair has already been made, they are willing to refund $for the price of the pipe
