did not see this. He came to me and we spoke and apologized. I told him I would take care of it and we made him a new drink. He was happy with this. He drank a few more drinks and became intoxicated. When he came to pay his check, I took the drink off of his ticket. I started screaming at me that he wasn't going to come back and that it was not right. A couple days after that, the Health Department came to my business and they found no single fly in the building. I have a letter showing we passed their inspection.
If the refund is what the customer wants to resolve this issue, we will issue the refund. The fee due to us was $20, though, not $28. We will be refunding $20.
