Review: On 3 or 4 occasions this company waited untill the delivery date to tell me there was a problem when making my marketing material. So changes then have to be made the date that I am expecting to pick it up, and I have to wait another week! No appologizes are made.

This cost me 3 to 4 weeks with out my materials and I lost out on business and money. They also tend not to write down specifics on their contract drafts, the less they write down and commit to the more they can change or deny when something is wrong or they decide they didnt charge enough, so that when billing comes around "unexpected fees/charges" come up.....example "design fees" when in actuality the customer designed the entire thing!Desired Settlement: I understand that some "work' went into it on their end....and cost of materials, but I would like to be credited back some of that money as I was stuck with them as they took a $400 deposit for my materials being made. So my money was held hostage and I could not venture to another source for my items. They wasted my time and cost me my business!
