Review: Saw a coupon in the mail purchase $30 get $10 of entire purchase. Although its down the street from my house I had never attended this place. SO we decided to go for dinner. I get there at 6:30pm. Waitress by the name of [redacted] didn't come up to out table until 6:50pm. We inquire about the $1 taco Tuesday deal. she stated that was only between 3-7, we could no longer order them. BY then it was 6:53. advised her of that and she still asked for my phone to confirm. She said we had to give her order (no opportunity to look or ask questions) We placed order she brought tacos 20 mins later. We had also asked for an order of rice which took 3 times/another 15 mins until we got it. We got our food and consumed it. When it came to paying bill, total $29.41. Asked her to charge me for refill and presented coupon. she proceeded to say we could not use coupon for happy hour. although she had her "manager" who looked like maintenance guy, review request they would not honor coupon. I mentioned we had not arrive after happy hour we arrived before happy hour. Not to mention coupons only restriction states " not valid with any offers" I pointed out there was no restrictions on coupon. Manager stated that customers never presented coupon because it was a "given" it shouldn't be use for happy hour. He said I was paying for it after 7, so it was consider I was using it for happy hour. I asked for corporate office phone # and he then stated he would honor it. But I had to understand they were loosing money as the restaurant had to pay food and employees. It was not worth it to the,Mentioned I understood but if they want to advertise to bring new customers they should place restrictions on coupons. By the end of our conversation he retracted and stated he no longer would honor coupon and there was nothing he could do and walked away. Very disappointed by the service provided from waitress to manager! the least they can do is refund me for bad experience. This took place on 02/11/14 order # [redacted].Desired Settlement: Refund of the $27 I wasted . just to be provided bad service!
