When the client indicated her displeasure with the initial treatment, I refunded her the full cost of the Microblading as a courtesyShe did not wish to have the touch up treatment which is crucial to correcting any concerns with color or shape, as clearly stated in her signed consent forms
Microblading is temporary; the pigments are highly degradeable (they are not the same as permanent tattoo pigments) and broken down fairly quickly by the bodyThey are not permanent under any circumstances and will fade gradually, usually by to months the pigment is gone, as stated in the consent forms signed by client There are natural, at home methods that can speed up the process as shared with the clientShe has continually, falsely stipulated that I shared images of work that was not my own; she saw my work in person, online and I am always open about my experienceShe admitted to not knowing much about the procedure before we started, I provided all consent forms that cover every aspect of MicrobladingClient signed all consent forms, indicating that she had read them, then later admitted that she didn’t(Forms can be provided if necessary, I can send blank copies but cannot share client’s personal information on the forms that she signed) She has indicated that she would like to go through a removal process rather than wait for the pigment to naturally break down, such is her right, however, I am under no obligation to cover any costs of additional treatments that she elects to have performed elsewhereI have never experienced and unhappy, dissatisfied client before and can provide many positive reviews in contrast to her one negative experienceThe consent forms state, plainly, that there is not guarantee as to the success of the treatment, especially without the touch up, everyone’s bodies react differently and heal differentlyShe is welcome to complain in any way she sees fit, however I will defend myself and I have accommodated her already, as much as I am willing
