The merchant has failed to deliver house plans after nearly 6 months when the contract specified 4-6 weeks. I have had to hire another firm.
Please see attached documents.
Due to the fact that the merchant has not delivered any usable house plans I am requesting a full refund.
Tried contacting Ms. several times, left messages. never returned our phone calls. Talked to Ms. today, 10-30-19 she said each time that she was out of town we had to wait in her office just to get our blue prints (3 hours). Would not recommend this company to anyone.
Refund our money. Blue prints was not made to scale and roof-line was off. Mudroom and laundry was in garage and was suppose to be on main level. Blue print was not readable for contractors. Just a mess.
There were minor issues with the prints that would not have taken much time to correct and which we agreed to make. In regards to our prints being a mess this is completely inaccurate as we spoke with the building company who receives requests from our clients regularly and knew this was simply an oversight. An oversight that does not usually occur. I was out of the office when Mrs. called attending to a family matter. We will not be issuing a refund for services rendered. We will honor our work and make the corrections to the plans as I stated to Mrs..

Concerning the reply of ERDD not only was there issues with the prints there was a failure to answer our phone calls and messages.After 3.5 weeks instead of 5-7 days *** and I decided to visit her Miss ***'s office. We waited for 3.5 hrs just to get our blue print, Ms *** told us her husband was finishing them up now. After several times telling ms *** what we wanted she was taking notes plans we still wrong. We carried the blue prints to a building supply company's to get prices on building material. He said he had never heard of ERDD. He called ERDD about measurement Mr *** statement to him was that was what the computer showed. Ms *** told us she had personal family issues going on she had adopted a teenage daughter. But business is business. *** and myself we are very displeased with the service we got from ERDD. The trust is gone from ERDD, We no longer want to do business with ERDD. We feel like we need a full refund because services were not met as the ERDD said they would do. We feel like Ms *** voided her own contract.
Consumer called, she hasn't heard from company at all. They had to pay a second company to draw up new plans.
Great Service, communication was excellent. Great design taste. Permits were fast and professional.
We are happy with our plans from ERDD. They did their best to help us to design our forever home and we are happy with the end results. They were willing to make many changes to the original design which shows they are willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy. They came to our home initially to see where the house would be built and we had our finished plans within 2 1/2 weeks. They could have finished much quicker but my wife and I made a lot of changes so we went thru about 11 drafts to get to the finished project. The fact that they were willing to work with us to this extent means we would use them again if we ever need an architect again.
The business paid $40 by check for booth at community event then following event stopped payment on check
I have contacted the business twice - the first time they said it was a mistake and would mail a new check. The 2nd time I talked with another staff person who said they would have *** call me.

*** women's Club is a 501C organization which raises funds to put back into community projects. It is sad when a business would stiff a charitable organization
$40 cash plus the $20 bank fee charged for the return of the check
I hired ER Drafters & Designers to draw my house plans on Jan 29th 2018 they told me that they would have my plans finished in 6 to 8 weeks. I gave them a deposit of $750 on that date. They took longer than was expected but were emailing me drafts of my plans until I made another $750 payment on May 31st 2018 then all communication stopped and I do not have a finished product that I can use.

We have continued to work Ms., after she made the claim to Revdex.com. Last we sent changes that she requested to her and in return she sent over additional changes. We are happy to continue working with Ms. or we can provide her the cad files as she requested.

I sent back changes and I have had no other response from them. I need to get this matter resolved quickly or I am turning it over to a attorney.
