The MSRP forthe dress is $2,100, as the c~mer is aware, because they had contacted multiple other stores.Mr: Abu-aita contacted m~ on 6 occasions (noted below); I explained. to Jilin that Lexi had beenmistaken in her emai~ and that the price is not set by our store, and that the email did say pricesare not to be given out via phone or email. After the initial phone call, bis demeanor hadchanged. and was threatening towards my employees and myself should I not give him the pUcehe demanded. I stated that this was not possible for the reasons we bad discussed.' The·customeralso had his 'legal representation' contact me and threaten me with legal action.ifI did not caveto his d~8Dds. Each of his further calls was hostile and harassing and as such I did tel, him 1did not want to conduct business with him based upon the interactions we bad had.For the seasons stated above I did not give the desired settlement that the customer demanded; Icannot conduct business with customers that will threaten my staff on multiple occasions. Mr.[redacted] is aware that the MSRP on the dress is much higher and cannot be sold for less at anyother stores and that is why be is pressing on this issue so fiercely. Review: On Wednesday January 22, 2015, I telephoned Elaine's to ask for a price for a certain wedding dress that Elaine's sells(Eddy K Ct126). During the phone call, I was given a price quote of "a little more than 1,000". I was very shocked to learn about that price so I asked the consultant to double check the price to see if that was the correct price. The consultant then double checked and proceeded in telling me that was the correct price. I then asked the consultant to email me the picture of the dress, the name of the dress, the price of the dress, and all the details involved with the dress including shipping and handling. I received the email with all of this information shortly after the phone with the price of the dress to be $1085.00. I explained to the consultant that I wanted to purchase the dress but I needed to find out the size and color I wanted to purchase. The next day I telephoned Elaine's with the size and color and method of payment ready. A different consultant proceeded in telling me that I would have to purchase the dress from the consultant who gave me the price. They did not allow me to purchase the dress on Friday. On Saturday, the consultant called me and told me that the price is not $1085.00 it is in the $2000 ballpark range. I asked to speak to the owner and the owner explained to me that she is refusing to do business with me because she does not want to honor the price that her consultant representative gave me over the phone and in the email. I called the owner once more on Monday, January 26, 2015 and spoke to the owner saying, "I would like to work out a deal to purchase the dress, if we cannot work out some sort of agreement I will have to contact the Revdex.com. She replied by saying that she refuses to do business with me.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is at the very least to purchase the dress with the amount Elaine's originally quoted me for the Eddy K CT126 wedding dress. And for delivery to be at the time it would have been if Elaine's would have taken my order at the time I tried to order the dress.
