Review: Contractor has failed to complete work in timely fashion. The contractor was hired to rebuild our basement and deck after damage from hurricane Sandy.
The home is in a national disaster area.
Contractor has repeatedly promised to address my concerns and then fails to follow through.
The contractor is 1.5 months late on the agreed upon date.Desired Settlement: Contractor needs to finish the job.
Unfortunately they were paid in full. If they cannot finish then I expect compensation in order to complete the job.
