Elar Auto Rebuilders On State Inc.

So my appointment for an estimate was at 9am. I get there at 9:10am due to traffic. No the guy in front tells me well im gonna have to wait. I tell him no problem. Well here I am itss 1020am. And still waiting. Worst place ever? Guy name is Pat and he tells me it takes 30 minutes to do an estimate. So go figure his 10am appointment comes in and they are in and out. But yet he tells me he foing to wait for his next appointment. Really what type of service is this? Worst ever. Who would want to go through this?? Who deserve this??
