In regards to the above mentioned complaint, When [redacted] picked up his Federal refund at our office, he was informed that his State refund would arrive in one to two weeks afterWhen the refund arrive we try contacting him at the telephone number in his file with no successUnfortunately, he forgot to inform us that he had change his numberSomeone else called our office inquiring about his State refund, to which we became suspicious and decided to wait for him to get in touch with our office [redacted] Called our office on June [redacted] and we explained what had happened, at which time he informed us of his new number and asked us to mail his refund to the address on recordAgain, [redacted] forgot to tell us that he had acquired a PO BOX To this day he has not received his refund and the post office has not returned it to usI contacted the issuing bank and they are on way to resolving the issueThe check has not been endorsed nor cash, so he will be receiving a replacement soon we work hard to make sure that our clients receive their refunds as soon as they are issued by the government, but can not risk the checks falling into the wrong hands, so therefor, if we can not get in touch with the client, we wait until they contact us as a precaution
