In regards to the above mentioned complaint,
When [redacted] picked up his Federal refund at our office, he was informed that his State refund would arrive in one to two weeks after. When...

the refund arrive we try contacting him at the telephone number in his file with no success. Unfortunately, he forgot to inform us that he had change his number. Someone else called our office inquiring about his State refund, to which we became suspicious and decided to wait for him to get in touch with our office.
[redacted] Called our office on June [redacted] and we explained what had happened, at which time he informed us of his new number and asked us to mail his refund to the address on record. Again, [redacted] forgot to tell us that he had acquired a PO BOX.
To this day he has not received his refund and the post office has not returned it to us. I contacted the issuing bank and they are on way to resolving the issue. The check has not been endorsed nor cash, so he will be receiving a replacement soon.
we work hard to make sure that our clients receive their refunds as soon as they are issued by the government, but can not risk the checks falling into the wrong hands, so therefor, if we can not get in touch with the client, we wait until they contact us as a precaution.

Review: My state tax return has been sitting there since February [redacted] 2014 never received a call that it was there .I found out from the Irs it's.I finally got their to them June ** 2014 .they said they mailed it .till this day I don't have my check.please help me .they will not return my call .please help.I found out it was there from the Irs.

SDesired Settlement: Please have them mail my check asap.And I really should have my tax fee refunded.to [redacted] thank you .
