Review: I do hair for a living, so for the past seven years I have been an extremely loyal customer of Elchim. I purchase at LEAST one blow dryer per year. Recently I had purchased a blow dryer, which was actually the second one in the past two months. The first one I purchased this year just stopped working, the second one which was purchase in July of 2013 now smells like its burning and sounds like it is going to blow up. I have called Elchim USA on more than one occasion and the ONLY thing they have offered me, is to send them the blow dryer to their repair center and for ME TO PAY for all of the fees. I explained to the woman that I use my blow dryer EVERYDAY and cannot afford to wait for a repair to me done. I asked for my money back or an even exchange being that it was JUST a month old and she told me that isn't an option, even though it was still under warranty.Desired Settlement: I would either like to be refunded the $95.00 I spent on the blow dryer so I can purchase another one or for them to OVERNIGHT me an exchange of the SAME MODEL blow dryer I purchased from them.
