They installed a sun room attached to the house a year ago We had not permanently relocated at the time and was not at the house during most of the sun room construction There were requirements that our HOA placed on them in which they were successful in fulfilling Every aspect went as planned and I love my sun room They also did a concrete patio and walk way from the driveway to the patio The workers were very professional We were also pleased when were at the house during the time that the workers were there, that they cleaned the area before leaving
Keith has also done other handyman work for us since this time

Elchin, Inc. built a screen porch and did new flooring in the house a couple of years ago and everything still looks great. They had lots of good suggestions on what type of screen room to build and what type of materials to use that was best for our house.
