They don't answer phone. I Leave. detailed messages. Never get return calls.
Terrible customer service. I was given this number because of some unpaid Medical Bills that have not been taking care of, I am trying my best to resolve this issue by understanding all the paper that I need to file, because is been 3 months since the Hospital visit. But to Mr Jason E Long I was not important because I was not his Customer and he was not require to listen to me or give me good customer service. I requested to speak to his supervisor and to my surprise he said he was not going to trasfer me, simply because he didn't want to. Eventhough this company has all my paperwork and information I need to file my claim. To be fair, he did do something good, I guess. And that was to email me the information I needed, hence how I got his name.
