Racheal H Has frauds me based off a lie from the person who hit me to try to get me to pay $6000 she was extremely rude less then a month the fraud claim is sent to collections

I recently was involved in a collision with a person who rented *** vehicle and did not purchase the coverage therefore the claim went to Elco. The rentee backed into my vehicle in a parking lot and causes $850 worth of damage. Elco denied the claim based on him claiming I hit him and not the truth. If elco did their due diligence as an insurance company and sent a field adjuster out, or even analyzed the photos on both of our vehicles, it’s apparent he hit me as the damage was on the left side of my car not the back. Now I have to go through my insurance to file a claim and have them subrogate against Elco for the damages which will cost them a lot more than just to pay this claim out. I work for an insurance company and Elco did not investigate or handle this claim properly. *** should use a different company for theit claims

These people set me up at a doctors office that saw hundreds of people in a matter of hours. I watched as papers were shifted outside of folders. Then it happened, I was called and said I missed my appointment my benefits were denied and all.

Hi, I’m writing this to make known to the public, That this insurance company has been the worst experience ever, First off it’s been about three months since the Accident happened And they still haven’t made an offer to resolve the claim, They are Refusing to pay my hospital bills directly to me, They are trying to contact the hospital to negotiate the terms of cost?. They’ve paid the body shop directly without getting my authorization or consent, Before the body shop even completed the work and they made and process payment again without my consent. They don’t even return calls, And Hardly respond to emails, It’s been 3 months They haven’t made a offer to settle. Horrible horrible customer service.

Two months ago I was involved in a traffic accident and was struck by a driver in an Enterprise Rental Vehicle. The day after the accident my insurance company had contacted both myself and the other driver for an accident report interview and I was told that because the driver had insurance on the rental through Enterprise they would be responsible for the costs as it was the other drivers fault. It wasn't until three days later that the driver who struck me returned his car to an Enterprise Branch, at which point a claim had been made. It wasn't until a week later that ELCO was able to get in touch with the driver who damaged my vehicle to move forward with the process and get my car inspected so it could be repaired.
It again, took another week from when the car was inspected just to get confirmation that a check would be mailed to me so I could bring the vehicle in for repairs. Needless to say that the assessor who came to the house did a terrible job with the estimate as he looked at my vehicle for no longer than five minutes and jotted down a number. When we were finally able to bring in the vehicle to be repaired the shop had to send out for another estimate as the estimate was off by approximately $2,000. Not only did I have a difficult time trying to reach the liability officer handling my class the body shop had a difficult time as well. As we approached the completion of my vehicle the supplement check was supposed to be mailed last week but wasn't and had to be priority mailed overnight as the shop would not release my car until they had their payment.
Needless to say the overall customer service experience was unacceptable as it put me through a lot of stress for the last two months. If I could rate this experience a 0/10 I would. It is no surprise that there are multiple customer complaints in regards to dealing with this insurance company. The shop I brought my vehicle to even said the same thing that in the twenty years they've been doing this they never had an issue like this before with any other insurance company. There is no reason why the process should have taken 2 months to complete.
