Review: I was involved in an accident 12/**/14 and reported the accident to my primary insurance company [redacted] the next day after the ER visit. The initial rep from [redacted] assured me that they will handle the claim and that whatever correspondance I got from the rental company ( enterprise rental) l should not do nothing but refer everything to [redacted] and they will take it from there. I started getting phone calls and letters for nonpayment of the ER bills and decide to investigate the matter. I found out, that the rental company is responsible for paying the bill and that they are refusing to honor claiming I did not file the accident directly with them within 30 days. I explained to the rental company l did not know this and follow instructions from my insurance company to follow everything to them to follow up on. I have tried through phone calls and written statement to get the rental company reconsider and they have constantly refused. I have pleaded to their best judgement that this bill will cause a lot of financial hardship for me and my family.Desired Settlement: That the rental company pay the ER bills for myself and the passenger involved on the date of the accident. Nothing more

Review: Outstanding bills remain unpaid from a no-fault claim dated 12/**/2013. I have faxed the bills to [redacted] and followed up with phone calls. These bills will be sent to a collection agency if not paid by end of August.Desired Settlement: I would like Elco to pay the medical bills as I was told they would do when I was involved in the accident.

Review: My car was hit by an [redacted] car. Elco Administrative Services handles their insurance claims. The accident happened in November last year and my car has still not been repaired. It took months for them to even send me an actual estimate that I could take to a body shop. They mailed a check without any estimate or other information about how they got to that amount of money. The check was far less than needed to repair my vehicle. My body shop has been attempting to contact the person handling the claim with no success. I've called multiple times throughout the year and left voicemails without ever receiving a call back. I can't move forward until they return the call and agree to have an adjuster look at the car again. My safety and emissions inspection is now expired and I cannot renew it until my car is fixed. At this point I've received multiple parking tickets because of the out of date inspection and I have no other option but to keep parking it on the street and getting tickets.Desired Settlement: Return my phone calls, fix my car with new parts, pay for the tickets I've gotten while waiting.
