Purchased a [redacted] on 4/6/18, several days later while trying to change out some of the attachments (past the day cancellation period) discovered that I could not do so due to weakness in hands/fingers from arthritisI contacted the salesman, which took several days & was told there was nothing he could do in regards to refunding my moneyHe did offer to come by & put the canister mode of vacuum on for me, however I didn't purchase this machine to use it in one mode only, I purchased it so that I could use all the various functions to clean my homeI called Elco,Incexplained my situation to the young woman who answered the phone, who also said that there was nothing they could do even after I explained that I physically couldn't use this machineI called back & asked for owner/supervisor of the company & after a week, he still hasn't returned my call
