Mr. [redacted] was here on 6/20. He sealed 4 of the five downspouts and it worked. The fifth one (leaking/shooting straight out-he took down andput tons of a sealant on and put back up and it started to rain. I signed that all was ok and he said he wasn't sure if it had enough time to seal.But let...

him know. It didn't seal. The sealant was dripping off the downspout, when I got home that night. I called him at 9pm and he said he would be upMonday (6/22) to replace that small section. He has not returned. And his phone ####-###-#### is not taking messages. I have taken pictures.I will have to get a handy man to fix.Shame on him, he has to live with this. I have no guilt. Just am hurt.Thank you for all that you have done, I could not get him back to do anything,

Review: 5/2/15 Mr. [redacted] and I signed a contract for him to patch/paint my gutters and replace my 5 downspouts.On 5/6 work was done and he was paid in full.5/16 it rained and I was home to see all downspouts were leaking, so I called and left a message. He called back and said he would be up next week to seal them.5/23 I called and "mailbox full". So I called the other number on his business card ###-###-#### and told his dad and he stated his son would be up Monday as he was at a baseball game with his son. I left messages on 5/26,5/29 & 5/30. 5/30 he called back and said he would be up Monday 6/1. 6/2 I left message the sealing needing to be done by 6/6.Today is 6/7/15 and he has not returned.Desired Settlement: Downspouts are leaking and one is leaking so bad it is throwing the rain straight out.They need sealed or to given a partial refund so I can get someone else to do asap.
