She left, and subleased the apartment to a family member. The people living under her called me to mention like 10 people living there. When I went there, her brother's baby's mother answered the door. She paid the tenant $500 and was told I had an understanding with the tenant and that she could stay there. I told them they had to leave. They did leave, but flooded the apartment, and stole two water heaters and a furnace. I cannot prove they did it, but I am telling you the circumstance.
