I am rejecting this response because under the contract you are required to give hour notice of termination. Elder Life did not follow the agreementIn addition, I have emails, which show, I had to inform Elder Life Care that the caretaker, Dennise, left without notice (walked off the job) and therefore I was left without full time live in care or my mom. Finally, I have another email stating that there was "no issues" at the time of Dennise's departure. See attached

I am writing in response to complaint # [redacted] and # [redacted]. Both complaints were written by the same family member and submitted on the same day. Unfortunately the statements written in these complaints failed to outline the entire situation. On May 31st , our caregiver removed...

herself from this home environment for various reasons. She was made to feel extremely uncomfortable by this family member who was verbally abrasive toward her. Our caregiver informed our office of her departure and a plan was immediately implemented to provide alternate coverage. Several calls and an email were sent to two family members to arrange alternate care, all of which are documented, and none were answered or returned. Client was left in the care of her daughter, who is a qualified to resume care. Due the sequence of events, we have already discounted our charge for services rendered to reflect the time our caregiver left assignment . A refund of security deposit minus services rendered was given on 6/21/17 .We will not be providing any further refund of monies.
