I am rejecting this response because: The information they provide is not complete not take in consideration my complaint. Button line that door to door sales person lie to me and I only wanted what I pay for and I have pink receipt to proved it. Never again will support your busssines

1.  We have a "door crew" that goes door-to-door.  There is a special subscription rate that only the door crew can offer.  It is not available to anyone unless the door crew comes to their house.2.  The special rate is $20 for 3 months.  Our regular rate is $38.50 for 3...

months.  The rate is the amount of money you pay for your paper, it is not the length of the subscription (kind of like the rate you pay per kilowatt thru the electric company- the price per kilowatt can vary house to house).3.  The subscriber's delivery start date was 4/8/16, and the money would run out on 7/8/16 (the expire date).  The expire date is not the cancellation date.4.  The subscriber went on a temporary stop from 6/11 thru 6/18/16.  These days were credited back to the account to extend the expire date to 7/15/16.5.  On 8/11/16, the subscriber called and the subscription was cancelled.  At this time the subscriber owed $12.60 (7/15 thru 8/11/16).  We had mailed out several renewal notices to the delivery address (the 1st one was sent out on 6/17/16).  6.  On the bottom of every invoice it says the subscription is continuous and to call to cancel (see attached).  Furthermore, towards the bottom of the “sign-up” form, it says “by signing this form you acknowledge it is a continuous subscription”, also says to call the office to cancel (see attached).  As you can see, there is nothing indicating that this subscriber wanted to cancel the subscription.7.  The original amount owed was $12.60, we dropped the amount to be paid to $8.65 to cover the cost of the papers delivered.  We cleared $3.95 off the account.  The account is closed and clear.8.  Mr. [redacted] stated there will be no refund since the papers were delivered.Thank you,[redacted]
